Things are going . . .  mostly well.

Rattlesnake out for a bit of that spring sun near Phoenix. Very unusual snake. I THINK it's a Western diamondback, but aside from the tail markings it's an almost patternless brown. Rattlesnakes are beautiful and quite diverse snakes, with considerable variations in color and pattern, even within species.
